Uploading Numbers and Number Management

The table below describes the number type and CAC value for CX services.

Number Type	Call Admission Control (CAC) Value*
Contact Center	Optional: When a CAC value is configured, this limits the number of concurrent calls the SBC device can handle for this number.

*Maximum concurrent call limit (incoming or outgoing)
